On the PulseUp platform, we are committed to providing quality service and offer flexible order management options. Depending on the type of service, some can be canceled after purchase, which automatically returns funds to your balance on the site.
Refund Terms
- Cancellation of service and refund to balance For certain services, a “Cancel” button is available after purchase. If the service has not yet been fully rendered, you can click this button and the funds used to purchase it will be returned to your PulseUp balance.
- Exceptions Please note that the cancel feature is not available for all services. If there is no “Cancel” button or after the service has been completed, no refunds will be possible.
- Withdrawal of funds Funds returned to your balance after canceling a service can only be used for future purchases on the PulseUp platform. Withdrawal of funds from the site balance is not possible.
